Clients will have to complete a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Form virtually 24 hours before your Massage Therapy Appointment. It will be sent in a separate email the day before your appointment. If a client answers yes to any of the questions, I will not be able to provide treatment and will have to cancel the appointment. These screenings will be done for every appointment.
During this time, there will be no penalty for cancelled appointments if you are experiencing flu/cold like symptoms or COVID symptoms. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours for other reasons or fail to show for your appointment, you will charge the full amount of the treatment booked.
AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- You will be asked to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. If anyone drove with you to your appointment, they will need to stay outside or in your vehicle. The Venture Business Centre entrance door will remain locked and I will let you in when I am able to start your appointment.
- You must sanitize your hands upon entering the treatment room. Hand Sanitizer approved by Health Canada will be provided.
- The client and RMT must wear a mask during the entire visit. The client is required to wear a surgical/procedure mask (ie. medical mask)
